| Amyone have any input or thoughts on a CEN Magnum as a 1st nitro truck? Not a very good driver (as some of you saw ) . Also I am willing to start from a kit and build from the ground up, like to stay in the 250-350 range. Thanks... | |

| depends on which class you want to run in. if you are looking at the stadium class there are a few good choices in your price range. the xtm is a good truck losi and associate are also good choices. all of these are ready to run. the nitro sport by traxxas is stated as a beginner truck but i had a lot of problems with my t-maxx motor and i haven't heard anything good about the pro .15 in the nitro sport. if you are looking at a monster truck there are several good choices. the losi aftershock looks like a good starter truck from what i have seen. as well as the associate monster gt. hope this helps. | |

| if your going to buy a nitro tenth scale i would suggest either the losi or associated it may be a little more expensive but in the long run it will be a better choice. | |

| i agree highy! my xxxn-t rtr took a beating last year and the only thing i broke was a rear axle at racer appreciation day. i had it out the other day and this truck is very durable. | |

| The XTM X-cellerator is also a very durable stadium truck with a lot of good features. I raced mine very hard last year and it held up well. It is also priced right. The engines are very powerful and last a long time. | |

| There is no doubt that Losi and Associated are great trucks. I ran an Associated RC10gt for 2 seasons and I ran an XTM X-cellerator for 2 seasons and I can say that the XTM handles as well as the GT and it was faster. Bottom line is that any brand that is durable will win if the driver can drive it and no brand will win if the driver can't drive. | |

| I raced the traxxas jato last year and its a good truck but didn't like the 2.5 traxxas motor had a lot of problems keeping it running. Ryan and Rick helped me out buy getting a sh .12 motor and now very happy | |

| For Sale:
2 XTM X-cellerators + Huge parts lot + rotor starter =$300
One truck has only been raced 2-3 times while other has some aluminum and was used as a race/basher. I really want to sell them together for $300.
These would be great for someone trying to get into nitro cheap and without having to worry about parts to keep it running. Ryan at the shop also carriers many parts for these vehicles and can order anything.
Please send me a message if you are interested | |
